2. Copy and share your unique link
3. We track sign-ups automatically

How rewards work:

• Contractor referrals (Field): Your referral subscribes to a paid O&M Value plan → you earn $50 per qualified referral
• Homeowner referrals: Reward triggers when the referred user completes a job (payment released)

Status moves from Pending → Approved after verification. Tap Withdraw to cash out via Stripe/ACH.

No self-referrals or duplicates. Taxes may apply.
