Can you delete a review? No — honest reviews can’t be removed. They help the community make informed decisions. However, you can:
- Reply to any review with your perspective — customers and future clients see your response
- Report reviews that are false, abusive, or violate guidelines — tap ⋯ → Report and our team will review and may remove it
Pro tip: The best defense against bad reviews is consistent quality work, clear communication, and punctuality. A strong track record of 5-star reviews will outweigh any occasional negative one.
