For privacy, we never share your referral’s job specifics. What you will see:
- Your Referral dashboard (bottom right of home screen) shows each referral’s status
- You’ll receive a “Referral qualified” notification when they complete the qualifying action
- Status moves from Pending → Approved → Paid
