How arrival tracking works:

1. After you hire and schedule, open the job in the app
2. When the contractor taps “On My Way,” you’ll get a push notification and/or SMS
3. A live map with ETA appears in the job card
4. Chat in-app if you need real-time updates

Your arrival window is the one you agreed on during hiring. If timing changes, the pro must update the ETA via in-app chat.
