3. How do I get paid for my referrals?

Share your unique link, and earn when your referrals qualify.

Steps:

1. Open the app → find your Referral link (bottom right of home screen or Profile → Referrals)
2. Share your unique code with anyone
3. We track sign-ups automatically

How rewards work:

• Contractor referrals (Field): Your referral subscribes to a paid O&M Value plan → you earn $50 per qualified referral
• Homeowner referrals: Reward triggers when the referred user completes a paid job

Status moves from Pending → Approved after verification. Tap Withdraw to cash out via Stripe/ACH. Taxes may apply.
