Types of Notifications
- New marketplace lead: A homeowner posted a job in your area that matches your trade.
- Job assigned: A job has been assigned to you (team members).
- Quote accepted: A customer accepted your quote — time to schedule the work.
- Payment received: A customer paid an invoice — funds are on the way to your bank.
- Payment overdue: An invoice passed its due date without payment.
- New review: A customer left a review for your business.
- Schedule reminder: Upcoming job starting soon.
How to Manage Notifications
- Open the AllBetter for Professionals app.
- Tap menu (☰) → “Settings”.
- Tap “Notifications”.
- Toggle individual notification types on or off.
Tip: Keep “Payment received” and “Quote accepted” notifications on — these are the ones that directly affect your revenue.
