How do I send payment reminders to customers?

Late payments slow your business down. AllBetter Field helps you get paid on time with automatic and manual payment reminders.

Automatic Reminders

When you send an invoice through AllBetter Field, the system can automatically send email reminders to customers with unpaid invoices. Reminders include the invoice details and a direct payment link so the customer can pay immediately.

Manual Reminders

1. Open the AllBetter for Professionals app.
2. Tap “Business Tools” → “Invoices”.
3. Find the unpaid invoice (filter by “Outstanding” or “Overdue”).
4. Tap the invoice → “Send Reminder”.
5. The customer receives another email or text with the payment link.

Tips for Getting Paid Faster

• Send invoices immediately after completing work — don’t wait until the end of the week.
• Include clear descriptions on every line item so customers know exactly what they’re paying for.
• Set due dates — invoices with a specific due date get paid faster than “due upon receipt.”
• Follow up quickly — send a reminder within 3 days of the due date if unpaid.
