Automatic Reminders<\/h3>\n

When you send an invoice through AllBetter Field, the system can automatically send email reminders<\/strong> to customers with unpaid invoices. Reminders include the invoice details and a direct payment link<\/strong> so the customer can pay immediately.<\/p>\n

Manual Reminders<\/h3>\n

  1. Open the AllBetter for Professionals<\/strong> app.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap “Business Tools”<\/strong> \u2192 “Invoices”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Find the unpaid invoice<\/strong> (filter by “Outstanding” or “Overdue”).<\/li>\n
  4. Tap the invoice \u2192 “Send Reminder”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. The customer receives another email or text with the payment link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
