8- How long does it take to get paid?

1–3 business days after the customer approves your work — or minutes with Instant Payouts.

The payment timeline:

1. You complete the job and submit for approval
2. The customer has 24 hours to review (most approve faster)
3. Once approved, funds are released from Escrow Shield
4. Standard ACH: 1–3 business days to your bank
5. Instant Payouts: Minutes (enable in Stripe settings, small fee applies)

To avoid delays: Ensure your bank account details are valid and up-to-date in Profile → Bank Account.
